What are the Shaders?
A shader is a type of computer program used in graphics rendering to control the appearance of objects on the screen. Shaders can be used to create effects such as lighting, shadows, textures, and other visual effects. They are written in specialized languages like GLSL (OpenGL Shading Language) and are executed on the GPU (Graphics Processing Unit). Shaders allow for advanced graphical effects and can significantly enhance the visual quality of your projects.
How can I use them?
Simply, just copy and paste the code component to your Framer project.
Can I use them for Free?
Yes, absolutely! You can use them for free for your personal and client projects. I have collected and converted free-to-use shaders over the web. But it's always good to give credit to owners. You can find the source link of each shader inside the Shader.
Will they affect the performance of my website?
As mentioned above, shaders use GPU to render special effects. It's an easy task for modern GPU models. But remember that using more than 3 different shaders on a single page can affect your website's speed.
Can I submit or request a shader to be added?
There will be clean instructions for submitting your shaders in the near future. But for now, you can reach out to me for any inquiries.
About this Project.
This is a passion project created by Maharram Hasanli with love. Shaders used in this project, as well as those that will be used, are sourced from various owners on the internet. All of the source links for each shader are included within the shader itself. If you have any questions or if you would like your shader to be included or removed,
You can donate to keep this project alive if you like and use it. I have plans to add a make-your-own shader section and the ability to use shaders with React and other coding languages. You can also contact me for contributing.
